3. GOF / RFS Global One Fleet interfaces to Remote Field Service thru either Global Edge or S2K. The integration is done using web services between all products

4. GOF Overview Tracking of trucks using GPS tied to vehicle Communicates with GE / S2K by directly pushing the information to them. GE / S2k communicate with GOF by directly pushing data to GOF Both system pushing allows for faster communications between systems.

5. RFS Overview RFS transfers data to GE / S2k using web services. Works off line. All transactions are written locally and checked to see if connection exist. Does a whole host of functions. Create So / Create customer / Add labor, parts, misc. charges. Quotes, master forms, equipment, service agreement, PO’s, history, contacts, file room, Service Log, Tech Time Sheet, Customer Lookup, signed document, Item inquiry to name general categories.
