Introduction | SAP in Netafim Following Netafim’s Management decision from 1998 to implement the ERP system, and after extensive research, SAP was chosen as the most suitable ERP solution for Netafim. Netafim Israel was the first to implement SAP - in 2000, followed by Netafim Australia and Netafim New-Zealand in 2003, Netafim Mexico and Netafim Chile in and Netafim USA & India in 2006. Press double click on “Netafim Production” Login Production - Work environment Training - environment quite similar to production where users and developers can test all kinds of SAP activities in a flexible environment without harming the data Test - a test environment - identical to Production, in which the SAP team can test changes they have made in the “Dev” (Development environment) before uploading “live” to Production. 16 Login | Login Details Enter your user name and password
The user name and password are the same as your ogin details. NOTE!! After 5 incorrect login attempts your user name will be blocked! To release it – contact the Netafim Helpdesk SAP - Overview

Icon Description Function Icons 1 Enter Confirms the data you have selected or entered on the screen. 2 Command Field Allows you to enter commands, such as transaction codes. 3 Save Saves your work. Same Function as Save in the Edit menu. 4 Back Brings you back to the previous screen without saving your data. 5 Exit Exits the current function without saving. 6 Cancel Exits the current task without saving 7 Execute and Print Prints data from the current screen. 8 Find Searches for data required in the current screen. 9 Search Again Performs an extended search for data required in the current screen. Icon Description Function Icons 10 First Page Scrolls up to the first page. Same as CTRL + Page Up key. 11 Previous Page Scrolls up to the previous page. Same as Page up Key 12 Next Page Scrolls down to the next page. Same as Page down Key 13 Last Page Scrolls down to the last page. Same as CTRL + Page Down Key 14 Create Session Creates a new SAP session. 15 Create Shortcut Allows you to create a desktop shortcut to any SAP transaction, or report. 16 Help / F1 Provides help for the field where the cursor is positioned. 17 Layout menu Allows you to customize the display options. 20 SAP Interface | Layout menu
The layout menu button allows you to adjust the system layout, and personalize your settings. By going over each option - you get information regarding the chosen row in your message area. From your layout menu button select “Option” to adjust your preview For example: Adjust your favorite fonts, colors, etc. For moving to the beginning of next field (it is recommended to activate this option) Remove / add historic settings Show keys (transaction names) in all drop down lists SAP Interface Back to Main More Details SAP - Overview

22 SAP Interface | Multiple Sessions
In order to run a few tasks concurrently, you can open a new session (window) by clicking on the “Create session” icon - or - from the menu bar System -> Create Session. A new Session will be opened. SAP Interface Note: Maximum possible number of sessions is 6, but as a result, system performance will be low. The recommendation is to open 3 sessions maximum (including the SAP printing window) Back to Main More Details SAP - Overview

23 SAP Interface | Multiple Sessions
In order to end an active session from your menu bar: System -> End Session - or - press on the button. The messages in the message area change according to the specific transaction. For example: SAP Interface Identifies error messages Identifies other system messages If you receive a message that you are not authorized to use a transaction that you could previously access - please contact Netafim Helpdesk and send a SU53 report. 28 SAP Interface | SU53 In order to understand why you have lost some or all your SAP authorizations, right after you receive the error message - go from the menu bar to System-> Utilities -> Display Authorization check - or - open a new session and send an SU53 report as follows: System-> Create Session Type SU53 in the “Command Field” Send it (using SAP office) to your contact person in the helpdesk - from the menu bar: System -> List -> Send SAP Interface Back to Main More Details SAP - Overview

You may open a list from a specified field: 1. Open a transaction (for example mb51) 2. Click on the right side next to the requested field (for example - Movement type field) 3. A drop down icon will appear System Tools SAP - Overview

4. Press on the arrow and a list with all the available objects will pop up. You can sort the list according to its title by clicking on it. 5. In order to add an object to the field - click on it and confirm with or double click on the requested row. System Tools TIP: you can download the lists to your local disk as an XLS file by clicking your right mouse on the list, then choose “download” and then “spreadsheet”. There are fields in which you may choose an object from a restricted value range: 1. Open a transaction (for example mb51) 2. Click on the right side next to the requested field (for example - material field) System Tools Click here to know more about using * (asterisk ) 3. When the list of options is too long we can search for a certain option by Clicking on the find icon. The following field will appear: Type the value number you would like on the list to start with Push the “find” icon System Tools Back SAP - Overview

When you want to search the database according to a partial text you have - you can add asterisks before and/or after the text. In the navigation area you can manage your own list of transactions in addition or even instead of the SAP Menu. Under the Favorites list you can create folders and/or shortcuts to transactions. You can also move, rename, or delete them. The customized Favorites list is available to you when you login to SAP (using your user name) from any computer/ session. Moving Favorites Select the favorite / folder you want to move. From the menu bar: Favorites -> Move -> Up/Down - or - choose the Move favorites down / Move favorites up icons. System Tools You can also use “drag and drop” in order to replace your favorites: Select the favorite or folder with the mouse, and keep the mouse button pressed while you drag the folder / favorite to its new position. Insert a path to Favorites The Favorites folder enables you to save paths that are used on a daily routine without going through the SAP path. For example: the path is - Logistics -> Materials Management -> Inventory Management -> Goods Movement -> Goods Movement (MIGO) System Tools In order to add this path to the favorites folder, enter the path and then press (add to favorites) icon. Enter a new name, and confirm. Download & Upload Favorite You can save your favorites (to pass them to another user, for example) outside the SAP system and upload them to a new SAP session with a different user name: From the menu bar: Favorites -> Download to PC Save it to your local disk (as an XLS file). To upload the favorites choose “Upload from PC” . The advantage of using SAP mail is that you can send mail internally with reports/system messages, etc., without quitting SAP or exporting procedures. 46 SAP Office | Inbox Your SAP Inbox contains s sent to you by another SAP user from Netafim. SAP Office In the Workflow mailbox you may find s that were sent to you automatically because of your organizational position (like a purchasing request approval) Preview control buttons To read your and open attachments double click on the item of your choice.
