Watlow’s multi-loop controllers feature manual settings permitting on-off, P, PI or PID control modes. With up to 32 control loops, Watlow PID controllers deliver the options and performance demanded by complex process applications. Each time/temperature controller offers a wide range of I/O options with exceptional accuracy. Inputs can be multiple and mixed, including thermocouple, RTD and process. Multiple job/recipe storage makes batch setups fast. Versatile alarms, serial communications and remote operation or data logging round out the features. 4 SERIES MLS300 Controller Modular, Powerful Multi-Loop Temperature and Process Control The Watlow® SERIES MLS300 is a powerful line of controllers that combines performance and flexibility with compact design. The 16 and 32 loop versions provide complete control solutions for a broad range of applications. Each controller includes built-in serial communications. Optional features include programmable ramp and soak profiling, cascade control and process variable retransmit. The SERIES MLS300 controllers are UL® and C-UL® listed and carry the CE mark. Firmware Options Standard—PID control, auto-tune, alarms, job memory, and failed sensor detection. Extruder—PID control specifically adapted for plastic extruders. Ramp and Soak—standard features plus ramp and soak profile programming and process variable retransmit. Configure each channel for PID control or ramp and soak. Use any spare control output for retransmit. Enhanced Features—standard features plus process variable retransmit, remote analog set point, cascade control, ratio control and differential control algorithms. Configure each channel for any algorithm. Each cascade and remote analog set point channel requires two analog inputs. Use any spare control output for retransmit. Process variable retransmit requires one SDAC module per retransmitted signal. 10 SERIES D8 Controller Full Featured Controller in an 1/8 DIN Package with DeviceNet™ The Watlow® SERIES D8 is a powerful controller combining performance and flexibility with compact design. The four and eight loop versions provide complete control solutions for a broad range of applications. Each controller includes DeviceNet™ communications, and each loop can be individually configured for on-off control or PID control. Loops can be combined for cascade, ratio and differential control. Process variable retransmit and remote analog set point are also included. The SERIES D8 controller is UL® and C-UL® listed, meets the requirements of the European Community EMC Directive and carrys the CE mark. 12 SERIES PD Controllers High Performance Temperature/Process Controller with Web Server and EtherNet/IP™ Available in single or dual loop versions, the DIN-rail mounted SERIES PD controllers are ideally suited for a wide range of temperature and process control applications where the operator interface is supported over a network or the internet. The SERIES PD is also suitable for applications where the temperature and process control must be integrated with other automation equipment including a programmable logic controller (PLC). Support for EtherNet/IP™, Modbus® TCP and PCCC protocols ensures robust and easy-to-implement solutions for machine integration with a variety of automation vendors' products. The built-in web server supports key functions including operation, alarm monitoring and configuration directly from standard web browsers.
