What it does: Identifies and targets relevant students Tracks students’ progress through the process in a transparent and reportable way. Illustrates a student’s status in a snapshot view Eliminates paper forms and hand signatures Eliminates ‘running around’
What it doesn’t do: Replace the face to face meeting between a student and her advisor Standardize or ‘box-in’ every department into a certain way of doing things Eliminate staff oversight or intervention
As delivered: – Declaration of intention and timeframe – Confirmation of our recorded degree/plans – Verification of diploma name and address Add modified pages – Collect information: Previously applied/Honors or ROTC? – Provide instructions for consent: Bursar balance for diploma/More address confirmation Reapplication procedures/Commencement booklet policies Add repository to Grad Tacking component to hold additional information.
