Addressing usage difficulties Providing interactive support Getting first hand input & update: Hear from schools directly how iNEIS is used and how far it has been used. Addressing usage difficulties: Clinic session is to address difficulties encountered, especially usage. Providing interactive support: Helpdesk call or is not interactive. Clinic is meant to be interactive, and one-on-one where possible.

Common Queries I don’t know how to Login
Where is the URL? What is user id & password? I don’t know how to generate Attendance Roster I can’t access the Class Attendance Roster (Security) I don’t know how to Mark Attendance I cannot find some students The students are not in the school No students are there in the Attendance Roster The students are in the school but in different class Students are enrolled in the wrong class Any other questions? Please read the common queries which you expect to receive. Then ask “Any other questions?” For each question, if the number of school is just 1-2, just ask BA & IT Technicians to help (if they can). If the number is big, then walk through together.

Password is your date of birth (DDMMYYYY) Eg: DOB:15/01/1986 -> Password: Change your password Main Menu > Change My Password New Password requirement Minimum length – 10 characters 1 Special character 1 Digit 1 Upper case 1 Lower case Eg: Password12#

I cannot find some students
Fill up XLS template Collect the XLS sheet from the consultants Bring it on Clinic Session on week of Jan 2015 19-24 Jan 2015 is for Student Record session

No students are enrolled in Class
Complete Block Enrollment immediately Guides given during Soft Launch Refresh the Class Attendance Roster Click ‘Create’ against all the class dates the student was in school Click ‘View’ to ensure the students are now added to the Class Attendance Roster

Student are enrolled in the wrong class
Drop the student from the wrong class using Enrollment Request - Select the Action: Drop - Select the Reason: Wrong Enrollment - Select the Class Nbr - Click on Save and OK. - Click Submit to submit the Enrollment Request.
