3 Your Expectation, Our Mission The overall objective of KPM – SPS/SPK Project : Implement a “Sistem Pengurusan Sekolah” (SPS) in 88 Sekolah Bestari with a central hosted version in SchoolNet Development and Implement a “Sistem Pengurusan KPM” (SPK) at KPM Level hosted in KPMNet Provision of Transfer of Technology and Technical Training to KPM Personnel for SPS and SPK to be self-sufficient in maintaining and managing the SPS and SPK system Provide Support and Maintenance to KPM for a duration of 2 Years inclusive of on-site helpdesk services, continuous application enhancement, and database maintenance Provide relevant hosting services and hardware for SPS in SchoolNet Project Overview

5 Your Expectation, Our Mission Project Duration Project Duration – 3 Years: 12 January 2009 – 11 January 2012 Stage 1 (First 6 Months) - SPS Phase 1 (4 May 09) – Supply, Install and Commission SPS Version 1.0 to 5 Selected Smart Schools Phase 2 ( 10 Jul 09) – Supply, Install and Commission SPS Version 2.0 to 88 Smart Schools fully functional with new Database that comply to DDSA Month 1 to 6 – SPK User Requirement Study and Functional / Technical Specification Preparation and Sign-off Stage 2 (Month 7 to Month 12) - Joint Development and Implementation of SPK with BPM Stage 3 (Year 2 and Year 3) Provide maintenance which inclusive of new module development Provide continuous transfer of technology Provide on-site (KPM HQ) Helpdesk Support of 4 pax for 2 years Other Activities Provide 1 Year of hosting services via GITN Hardware supply for SPS Hosted Model and SPK Data Center Value Added: Provide 3 Months of On-site facilitation (22 Pax i.e. 1 Person : 4 Schools)
