The objective of the conference is to bring together experts from various fields to evaluate the existing information, to interpret the presented data, to discuss the suitable measures for clear and useful results and finally to explore if the collective efforts are promising to achieve favorable working environment for research and development in the state. This conference will be an excellent opportunity to report your research outcome in the frontline areas of science and technology. National and international scientists from government, academia and research institutes are welcome to present and discuss the research work.

BBrains Development Society, commonly known as ‘BIHAR BRAINS’, is a non profit organization registered under Society Act with special focus on awareness building on education and creating environment for research and development in Bihar. The society came in existence in 2004 and has established its office in Patna. It is being run by NRIs, NRBs and educated people of Bihar. BSC is a motivational & ethical promotion of science & Technology under aegis of BBrains Development Society.

First Bihar Science Conference : organized at Patna in May 2008 5. Global Scientific Council Formed: Prof R.P Sinha elected chairman of the council. There are total 25 members from India and abroad. 6. Center for personality Development and Human Resources (CPDHR): We established this center in association with Digital footprints Pvt. Ltd, Patna and going to start courses on PG Diploma in Personality development from Jan 05, 2009 7. Four students of college of commerce selected in KonKuk University, Korea 8. BB Needy Talent Search Scheme: Around 50 needy students are benefited by Sugriv Yojna, RP Srivatastava Yojna and Malti Gauri Yojna. Some yojnas Debanshu Yojna and Kartik Yojna for Munger are going to be started very soon. 9. Association of Magadh University and Konkuk University: Because of our coordinated effort, Dept of Botany and Biotechnology, College of Commerce, Patna (Under Magadh University) and Dept. of Animal Biotechnology, Konkuk University has going to sign MOU for their scientific interaction programs.

10 1st Bihar Science Conference (BSC 2008) A three days international conference was held from May 07 – 09, 2008, under the aegis of Bihar Brains Development society in which about 500 people participated from different parts of India and Abroad. The conference was inaugurated by Hon’ble C.M. of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar on May 7, 2008. The Chairman of B. Brains development Society, Mr. Bibhuti Bikramaditya introduced the theme of the conference and ideas behind it. 1/15/2015 11 2nd Bihar Science Conference (BSC 2009) A three day international conference held at PG Center, College of Commerce (Magadh University), Patna from January 30 th -1 st Feb, 2009, under the aegis of Bbrains Development Society concluded successfully on a positive note. About 700 people from across the country and abroad participated in the Conference. The theme of the conference was “Science and Society in perspective of Bihar”. The conference was inaugurated by Shri Harinarayan Singh, the Hon’ble HRD Minister Govt. of Bihar on Jan 30, 2009 at 12 noon.
