1. How to Create or Open an E-mail Account If you are accessing the internet from your home, go to a search engine that you like to use and type in, "free email." Look at each offering that interests you and click on one or two. From Start menu click on internet explorer to open a search engine.

If you are at any public library, sometimes, for a modest fee, you can print this information to a hard copy that you can take home with you.
