1 How do I use EasyBib?

2 EasyBib Go to Register

3 EasyBib Fill in all of the required fields.
* You can use a fake address if you’re not comfortable using a personal – Easybib does not require verification of this .

4 EasyBib Choose your source.
At the EasyBib home page, just click on the tab to pick the type of source you are citing. In many cases, all you'll have to do after that is type in the URL or title of your source. EasyBib offers over 55 different citation options - the full list is accessible on the final tab.

5 EasyBib Choose a citation style: MLA, APA, Chicago/Turabian.

6 EasyBib Enter your source into the search field.

7 EasyBib Select a result.
*Make sure that your result is a perfect match for the source you are using.

8 EasyBib Fill out the form.
If you've autocited your source, many of the form fields will automatically be filled in. Review the information in these fields, and enter any additional information you need (missing information will be highlighted in red).

9 EasyBib Export your bibliography or keep going.
As you can see, your source is now cited. If you are finished, just click “export or print" on the right hand side. You'll get a document to save that will allow you to easily copy into your paper. If you're not finished, just select another source. EasyBib will automatically add your citation to your bibliography and alphabetize it appropriately.

10 EasyBib Select an option.

11 EasyBib Click “ok” on the pop up window to open your new formatted Works Cited (MLA) or Reference List (APA).

12 Your Automatic EasyBib!
Your Works Cited (MLA) or Reference List (APA) will open up in Word. Save it to My Documents. The format will be correct, just double check your typing accuracy. Now print your document. *If you have a long web address and want to split it to make all lines the same length, place your cursor on a “\ “and hit enter.
