All the project tasks will be listed and assign to each party. All the communication with Client managed by Outbox Project Manager. Outbox suggests to track the progress and project risks in the status report and run status meetings every 2nd week. For example: during Sprint 1 was planned 4 requirement. Review shows that we could have delivered 5 requirements. 2. Planning next sprint Outbox team knows that 5 requirements can be delivered. 3. Sprints for complex requirements are planned knowing review history and are delivered on the basis of already produced requirements. This gives the team more flexibility and speeds up the process. 4. In the end of the release the cumulative number of MD from all sprints should show 15% of savings (against V-model)
