2.  Critical and growing because of conflict and forceful displacement of people.  In the East and Horn of Africa alone, UNHCR reckons that about 1.8 million refugees and more than 3M IDPs (include 340,000 in Dadaab)  11M people of concern in Africa in 2014, including stateless people and returnees.

3.  Kenya is largest refugee hosting country in Africa, followed by Chad and Ethiopia.  Largest single refugee camp in Northern Kenya comprises 350,000 Somali refugees, as many as you have in Ethiopia.  Somalia, DRC, Sudan, South Sudan, CAR and Eritrea contribute largely to the increasing population of people of concern
