All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialTEC 106 3 UC Network Assessment (Pilot) Overview UC (Pilot) Assessment is restricted to Advanced UC or Master UC Specialized partners US-focused Pilot will be limited to 250 assessments Pilot leverages Risc Networks and NetIQ audit tools Partner must submit the output reports from Risc Networks or NetIQ Other similar tools may be considered but will require pre-approval Minimum account size: 1000 PCs/Servers/Nodes or more Two UC Assessment Scenarios: I. Cisco UC audit of a currently installed Cisco UC system to drive UC application & network upgrades II. Voice/Video Readiness Assessment to augment a Core Baseline Assessment in preparation for a PBX replacement Risc Networks Cisco UC audit provides upgrade guidance

This assessment is specifically designed for either a currently installed Cisco UC system, or to assess network voice readiness in advance of an expected PBX replacement. UC Assessments are restricted to Advanced UC or Master UC Specialized partners, and also require the use of the Risc Networks or NetIQ assessment tools and reporting. Core Baseline Assessment $1,000 per approved application 2. Pilot UC Assessment $1,000 per approved application Partners can be nominated by the local Cisco Account Team for a UC assessment and a Baseline assessment in the same account, however this requires submitting two separate nomination forms. RISC Networks tool can be used to perform both types of assessments. Partner Expense (For 3 rd Party tool) Pilot offer from RISC Networks to Cisco UC Partners: $1,000 cost for each of the first three Risc Networks assessments. This covers the appliance & licensing fees for a Cisco UC Assessment or Voice/Video Readiness Assessment.* All Pilot Assessments must be registered and scheduled by April 30 and completed by May 31 to be eligible *Beyond the first 3 pilot assessments, Partners negotiate longer term contracts with RISC Networks
