Gordon Keenan, Head of Funding & Partnerships The Future Jobs Fund – Positives A relatively fast moving scheme from conception through to delivery Easy for 3 rd sector & Local Authorities to get involved Very well resourced in terms of salary & admin costs £13k equivalent subsidy to recruit for one post for one year Encouraged a number of agencies not previously engaged to become involved – notably the NHF and hundreds of HAs Evidence suggests that FJF did have an impact on job decline for under 25's
