4 Quality Mark for 12/13 All NLDC providers have had their performance graded against the following: Monitoring Report (out of 15) RARPA evidence (out of 20) Observation of Teaching, Learning and Assessment (out of 15) Gold Standard > 45 (90% ) Silver Standard > 40 (80% ) Bronze Standard > 37 (75% )

AMOUNT OF FUNDING RELEASED Panel Date (notification will be 1 week after the panel meet) FUNDING PERIOD. 15/06/ Midnight up to 50%21/06/20131 st August 2013 – 31 st July /09/ MidnightUp to 20%20/09/20131 st November 2013 – 31 st July /12/ Midnight up to 20%20/12/20131 st February 2014 – 31 st July /03/ Midnight10% or any remaining from 3 previous tranches 21/03/20141 st May 2014 – 31 st July 2014

14 What are we looking for? Programmes that: Maximise access to Community Learning for Adults Bring new opportunities and improve peoples lives, whatever their circumstances Promote social renewal by bringing communities together For individuals and groups to experience the joy of learning and the pride that comes with achievement Maximise the impact of community learning on the social and economic well-being of individuals, families and communities

15 Minimum standards and expectations All Providers must insure they : Have a UKPRN number Do not have an SFA contract over £100,000 Are financially sound Comply with CLSDs minimum standards (as stated in the contract) Clearly evidence Pound Plus

16 Minimum standards and expectations All Programmes must include the following: An Individual Learning Plan for each learner An initial assessment that is fit for purpose Clear evidence of RARPA Support learners to improve English and Maths by embedding in to all programmes Deliver Good quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment
