Portfolio Management: MISA award of excellence
Increasing in maturity. Resource capacity planning and alignment to Enterprise Architecture introduced in 2012
Enterprise PM (EPM system) rolled out for project and portfolio management; adoption slow but improving
Methodology refresh underway (PMBOK 4 alignment)
Increasing focus on executive dashboard reporting, early warning signals, and PMO oversight
Developed service maps and profiles for PMO services

3. Steering Towards / Future Directions
Integrate Portfolio across IT and Finance.
Resource mgmt and estimation models.
Improve Executive Dashboard Reporting automation at Portfolio and Project Level.
Enhance PMO role to oversee and validate IT projects across the City.
Increase focus on defining measurable Business case Benefits, Performance Measurement and, Service Objectives.
