4. Who Does the Union Serve? The TWU Student Union has three groups of persons that we work to provide services for. Prices and accessibility to rooms and equipment vary depending on which group you are in. Student Groups and University Departments (SG) All sanctioned student groups All university departments that are programming towards the scope of their office Groups or individuals affiliated to TWU (AG) Alumni of the University Students/ Staff/ Faculty that are looking to sell or promote outside vendors outside the scope of their office Groups or individuals that are Non-Affiliated to TWU (NA) Outside vendor looking to sell items to TWU students, faculty, or staff.

Pricing Groups Student Organizations and Departments Free After Hours - $10 per hour Affiliated Groups Examples: Alumni groups and University Employees/ Students looking to promote outside vendors outside the scope of their office. Price: Vendor table – $25.00 Room – $35.00 Non-Affiliated Groups Example: Outside vendor looking to sell items to students. Price Vendor Table - $50.00 Room – $100.00
