Employee requests leave 2.Supervisor approves leave request 3.Leave request populates on timesheet 4.Employee submits timesheet 5.Supervisor approves timesheet 6.Information loads in to PeopleSoft and Employee is Paid
Critical Process Steps Employees must: – Monitor status of leave requests/timesheet – Submit leave requests for current time period before timesheet – Submit timesheets by deadline Supervisors must: – Monitor worklist – Approve leave requests for current time period first – Approve timesheets by deadline
What if… Using the earlier example: What if Ms. Scarlet Ann Gray … Cant submit timesheet? Supervisor is absent? Leave/time needs correcting after deadline?
