3 Canadian Hard of Hearing Association BC Chapter offers a Driver Visor Kit which we hope will make your communications with a Police Officer less stressful for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing person. We also hope it will serve to educate the Police staff about the special communication needs of the hearing loss.

4 Each driver visor kit contains a brochure explaining what is in your kit: 1.The laminated Visor Card (with 2 bulldog clips to attach to visor) in the Driver Visor Kit will be an important way of communication between you and the police officer. There are some specific ways of communication displayed on this card for the police officer to help understand your hearing loss.
