Hyper-KOT A Proven System which is running successfully for many years, it also has the Capability to connect all the Restaurants in the Chain through the Internet to assimilate data pertaining to: Stocks / Inventory Sales Consumption Purchases

Hyper-KOT The Customer has Several Choices for Ordering: Peruse a Physical Menu Card and place the order with a Captain Peruse an Interactive Menu on a Tablet and place the order with a Captain Peruse an Interactive Menu on a Tablet and place the order himself on the Tablet

Hyper-KOT The Smartphone Ordering System has the Captain taking the Order on a Smartphone The Captain repeats the order to the customer and awaits a confirmation A button on the Smartphone is pressed and the order is confirmed to the kitchen Till the order is fulfilled in the kitchen, the waiter does not need to know anything about the order

Hyper-KOT No paper or verbal communication between the Captain, Kitchen and Billing Counter The Captain can include remarks such as non- spicy, no sugar, etc for each dish Orders are placed at the respective kitchen depending upon the order – Chinese at the Chinese kitchen, Kebabs at the Tandoori kitchen and so on for Fruit Juice, Ice Cream, Soft Drinks, Bar, etc

Orders are taken by the Captain on a smart phone.

The various kitchens are equipped with Touch Screen Monitors where the barker receives the Orders.

Depending upon the dish to be prepared, the order from the Smartphone is relayed to that kitchen on the Wi-Fi Network.

All the Captains are equipped with Smartphones or Tablets (usually Android or Windows Phone based) for taking the orders which are connected to the Local Area Network through Wi-Fi. The Captain now takes an order which is immediately relayed to the kitchen.

On the Smartphone, the Captain has entered 4 items which were ordered on table no 1. In the kitchen, this screen will display. The barker will press the yellow button (marked with Table no 1) on the touch screen monitor.

Now the items which were entered by the captain will display on the touch screen monitor for the barker in the kitchen.

The barker will decide that the soups are to be served first and the main course, followed by dessert later. The dishes that are to be served later are selected. Finally, he presses the Exit button.

Now the screen shows that there are dishes to be called out by the barker, but there is still time to do it. This is signified by the red color button. The right hand window, shows the dishes that are under preparation. After a while, the waiter assigned to table no 1 asks the barker what is ready for table no 1. The barker depresses the green button.

The window now shows the two soups to be delivered. If the soups are ready, the waiter takes them for delivery and the barker presses the Update button. (If they are not ready, he presses the Exit button and the situation does not change.)

The barker checks that the dishes are ready and the waiter takes the delivery to the customer

Now that the soups are delivered, the barker can now announce that the main dish is to be prepared. The (originally red) button turns yellow and he can announce the main dish.

He de-selects the dessert and announces the main dish. This process continues on till the order is completed.

When the order is completed, the waiter asks the billing counter for the bill of table no 1. All the orders fulfilled are shown in red – if some dish has not been delivered, it will show in black. The bill can now be printed. Discount schemes may be applied if necessary.

All orders are rapidly fulfilled without the need for a written KOT, waiter taking KOT to the respective kitchen / billing counter, etc. All tables are given Equal Precedence for fulfillment of their order ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

The Takeaway sections work in a similar manner with a slight difference. Here the bills are prepared first, both copies are given to the customer and cash is collected. On making the bill, the order is relayed to the kitchen.

The Tablet Menu Hyper-KOT offers two varieties of Tablet menus 1. Push Button Menu Here the navigation is by Push buttons to move back and forth in the Menu 2. Tree View Control Menu The navigation here shows all the Dish Groups and a Single Menu Group is displayed at a time

The Push Button Tablet Menu

Each Button takes the customer one level deeper into the Menu and finally the Dish to view

The Tree View Control Menu

The customer has the option of placing the order by himself

Finally, after making all selections, and viewing it, the order is confirmed by the customer

The system is highly efficient and extremely User- friendly where in a few minutes anyone can be trained to operate it. Over and above this several reports are available for MIS purposes including Stocks, Sales, Financial Statements, etc
