17 Recently Completed Facilities Improvements 17 Replaced existing boilers, pumps, expansion tanks and common flue with new equipment via helicopter lift. A newly upgraded design reflecting a mechanical engineered system was installed improving the efficiency of the boilers. Completed 10/2008 Building B and E Boiler Replacement
