Major Thinking Behind The Economic Development Plan UNESCO and the FOUNDATION to organize, educate, train & support under-privileged women & men in co-op type small businesses. FIRST, settlements & villages - bottom-up small business creation by local citizens Our FOUNDATION and NGOs to organize, educate & train under-privileged women & men in operating plants and equipment.

Major Thinking Behind The Economic Development Plan As the First phase project Water an urgently needed products for sustenance and health and a Self-Sustainable Economic Development programme. Provide mini, simple to operate, auto-functioning, remote controlled, space program proven Water Treatment Plants that will provide; economical, safe, good tasting drinking water. Water emanating from aquifers as well as from most any waterhole, river or lake or stormwater.

Parallel the Village Potable Water Programme with Aquifer Replenishment by Capturing Stormwater, disinfecting it to Drinking Water Quality and sending it back down to the aquifer or other holding systems through proprietary technologies. Implement Wastewater Treatment as the Second Phase for Self-Sustainable Economic Development. Integrate all of the Foundations Water Related Activities with Global Water Resource Entities. Major Thinking Behind The Economic Development Plan

Over 90% of world villages and settlements (including North America) have never had Treated Water available. The accelerating increase in population, agriculture and industrial requirements plus all the wastewaters being dumped into once pristine receiving waters. The lack of small, adequate technologies, the present, high cost, & the resistance to change. major considerations in planning

other major considerations The application of the edicts of the founders of the UNESCO IHP International Hydrological Programme Group and International Conventions requirements Dedication to the long-term programme as set up by the UNITED NATIONS.

Foundations Major Contributions Global Economics self sustaining project Innovative Business development plan through the involvement and underta- king of the under-privileged Education & Training Women and men introduced and trained to operate business and plants Policy Issues; Global View; Indicators; Case Studies New Technologies Easy to use, low cost Economical, small, safe, space-age oxidation/disinfection water plants More other technology as the base for growing or new Co-ops

Dedicated to community and self improvement through SELF DEVELOPMENT BY AND FOR CITIZENS Dedicated to community and self improvement through SELF DEVELOPMENT BY AND FOR CITIZENS Grouping Under-privileged with entrepreneurs & governments GOs & NGOs globally and locally

Community & Self-improvement through co-ops providing products & services through enviro & water improvements village by village - town by town and through the introduction of new, easy to apply and use ENVIRO technologies Community & Self-improvement through co-ops providing products & services through enviro & water improvements village by village - town by town and through the introduction of new, easy to apply and use ENVIRO technologies The creating of simple, vital, profitable businesses developed by and for the citizenry

Human Water Stewardship First, introduce & use new lower cost, more efficient - available technologies. Get the needy local women & men involved – They have always been aware of co-operative work in building their own villages, etc. Replace chlorine that creates cancer-causing trihalomethanes. Eliminate the use of alum, one of the causes of Alzheimer.

Opportunities Settlements & Villages Each community takes the initiative of organizing a management unit (e.g., co-op) that undertakes to operate plants or services that are sold to their fellow citizens. Thereby creating sustained supply of needed goods and services, good jobs and profits, community self development and pride.

Opportunities Villages and Settlements are those in the world who usually have bad or no proper shelter, no potable water, no treated wastewater, no hygiene services, no health services, little or no hope First Priority

Why do it now – The basic consideration requires that the supply of water must meet the basic requirement of safe water for our childrens children. There are too many still-born or sick children everywhere. Water is the major cause. The health care and wasted productive power of countries pays the consequences of bad or no water. ?

To address this issue we are contributing new Technological, Educational & Business Know-how for Economic Opportunities UN warns that the present and future water situation in the developing world demands immediate and drastic undertakings to insure proper and continued supply of safe, good tasting water to all populations.

Opportunities Sustained Economic Development Program For Villages and Settlements A unique simplified economic development method of getting local citizens to set up and operate small business to provide basic needs immediately. (e.g., through co-ops type groups, municipalities, others). These equipment and products are transferred to pre-organised and trained local management and operating groups. These new NGO supported business people operate the businesses and plants and distribute the products at a reasonable price to the local citizens. Our associate suppliers sells us pre-packaged, set priced products that we supply to smaller settlements through the support of NGOs, governments, etc.

Opportunities Sustained Economic Development Program For larger individual projects Again simplified economic development methods of getting local citizens, groups or existing companies to undertake under NGOs and our staff to set up and operate projects to provide basic needs immediately. These equipment and products are transferred to pre-organised and trained local authorities or to management and operating groups that are local NGO supported. Specialized associate suppliers sells us pre- packaged, set priced products or projects, that with their help and contribution, we supply through the support of NGOs, governments, etc.

Opportunities UNESCO, through its organisation and country committees and NGOs helps identify partners and stakeholders, authorises their license, contributes to training, and provides support and guidance to ensure sustainable development, thereby contributing to the social and economic evolution of individuals and communities. Certain world organisations and Governments such as Canada, helps finance credit worthy countries in need of development help and of water. Sustained Economic Development Program Through Special Projects para los niños de nuestros niños

Opportunities The Foundation, through its organisation and service network, provides warranty and other services also helps identify partners and stakeholders, contributes to their licensing authorization and training. The Foundation also provides, implements and manages the Economic development programme. It also provides support and provides guidance to ensure sustainable development, thereby contributing to the social and economic evolution of individuals and communities. Sustained Economic Development Program For all projects pour les enfants de nos enfants

Opportunities The Local Commercializing Management Units (Co-Ops, etc.) out of their income, repay back to the Foundation 40% of their income. The foundation then continues collecting the 40% to be used for other similar projects. The Foundation then verses up to 15% of its income to organization that worked directly on the local projects and a minimum of 15% of its income to the UNESCO/IHP Group to contribute to long term funding of water projects. The balance of the monies are used to pay for general services, special project expenses and operational costs. Sustained Economic Development Program For Villages and Settlements

Opportunities – for example, (bagassse) from sugar cane processing, tanneries, textiles, produced water from oil fields - all are unable to solve their waste and water problems through traditional technologies. – for example, (bagassse) from sugar cane processing, tanneries, textiles, produced water from oil fields - all are unable to solve their waste and water problems through traditional technologies. Using innovative technologies, both the liquids and the waste can be recycled into new products.
