GLOBAL SELF SUSTAINED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME A JOINT UNDERTAKING BY UNESCO (IHP) International Hydrological and the

AN UNDERTAKING FOR IMPLEMENTING & SUPPORTING SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH ENVIRONMENT TECHNOLOGIES & ENVIRONMENT TECHNOLOGIES & COMMUNITY SELF-DEVELOPMENT implicating underprivileged women and men co-opting in villages selling space-age simple products and services to their communities UNESCO, the and NGO’s organize, educate & train under-privileged women & men in operating plants and equipment

Major Thinking Behind The Economic Development Plan As the First phase project An urgently needed product for sustenance, health and Self-Sustainable Economic Development; Provide mini, simple to operate, auto-functioning, remote controlled, space program proven Water Treatment Plants that will provide; economical, safe, good tasting drinking water. Depollute water emanating from aquifers as well as from most any waterhole, river or lake.

Follow-up with Aquifer Replenishment by Capturing Stormwater, disinfecting it to Drinking Water Quality and sending it back down to the aquifer or other holding systems through proprietary technologies. Implement Wastewater Treatment as the Second Phase for Self- Sustainable Economic Development. Integrate all of the Foundation’s Water Related Activities with Global Water Resource Entities. The major problems are: present, high cost, the resistance to change. The major problems are: the lack of small, adequate water treatment technologies the present, high cost, the resistance to change. Major Thinking Behind The Economic Development Plan

The Present Plan  First and foremost bring to the children of the world economical, clean, safe, good tasting water together with the UNESCO through

Self-improvement first through Enviro & Water Improvement village by village town by town Self-improvement first through Enviro & Water Improvement village by village town by town The creating of simple, vital, profitable businesses developed by and for the citizenry

UN warns that the present and future water situation in the developing world demands immediate and drastic undertakings to insure proper and continued supply of safe, good tasting water to all populations. Water and the Environment Water for Food Security Water for Human Health Water and Industry Water and Energy UN identified Water Needs, Uses and Demands

For every area of the world in need of safe water - we offer replenishment of aquifers (via wells) & reservoirs, using exclusive novel rain catchments and depolluting technologies auto-operating water treatment plants utilizing low cost (but space age) oxidation & disinfection rain water catchments - depollute it - preserve it in the wells or in cool underground special bladders

Villages and Settlements For the first time in history, there is a small and economical enough plant that is affordable for settlements and villages that have never been protected by a proper water treatment plant. Plants that can be operated by the local people and managed by remote control centres plus real-time electronic overseeing by health and other applicable country authorities. (Drinking Water) Opportunities

COMMUNITY WATER TREATMENT CLEAN, SAFE, GOOD TASTING WATER from Space-programme proven oxidation/disinfection technologies 9 cubic feet.255 cubic meter 121 pounds 15 gallons per minute 55 kilograms 60 litres per minute 21,600 gallons day81.6 cubic metres day

COMMUNITY WATER TREATMENT Kills all pathogens Significantly reduces levels of Heavy metals & hydrocarbons Contrary to other treatments, ozone leaves no dangerous pollutants Outperforms all conventional, UV and conventional ozone water treatment systems Outperforms all conventional, UV and conventional ozone water treatment systems at 30 to 40% lower cost. ON/OFF - EASY TO OPERATE No special training required

Why do it now – The basic consideration requires that the supply of water must meet the basic requirement of safe water for our children’s children. There are too many still-born or sick children everywhere. Water is the major cause. The health care and wasted productive power of countries pays the consequences of bad or no water. ?

Opportunities Sustained Economic Development Program For Villages and Settlements  A unique simplified economic development method of getting local citizens to set up small co-ops and operate water supply and/or water treatment facilities (e.g., through co-ops type groups, municipalities, others). Governments purchase the plants and equipment and transfers these to pre-organised and trained local management and operating groups. These new business people will operate the plants and distribute the water at a reasonable price to the local citizens and pay back the government. Our associate supplier sells pre-packaged, set priced water plants to governments, NGO’s, etc.

Opportunities The Foundation, through its organisation and service network, provides warranty and other services also helps identify partners and stakeholders, contributes to their licensing authorization and training. The Foundation, together with UNESCO also provides, implements and manages the Economic development programme. It also provides support and guidance to ensure sustainable development, thereby contributing to the social and economic evolution of individuals and communities. Sustained Economic Development Program For Villages and Settlements

Other self-sustaining programme technologies Waste (by-products) conversion to economical, enviro friendly products by unskilled work force 2) lightweight, super strong, insulating concrete bloc houses, buildings and many other uses houses, buildings and many other uses 3) a range of concrete products for hundreds of applications made from sugar cane “bagasse”, saw-mill waste, other vegetation, mining and other wastes 4) child safe very efficient insecticide 5) safe soil conditioning liquid product 6) many other simple products and services needed by their community their community

MAKE SAFE, ECONOMICAL CONCRETE PRODUCTS “space age” TECHNOLOGIES TO NEUTRALIZE, RECYCLE & REUSE

Opportunities  – for example, (bagassse) from sugar cane processing, tanneries, textiles, produced water from oil fields - all are unable to solve their waste and water problems through traditional technologies. Using innovative technologies, both the liquids and the waste can be recycled into new products. Industrial and Agricultural Problems Industrial and Agricultural Problems In all communities there is a multitude of industrial and agricultural problems that our technologies can rectify.

VISION  DRIVE CO-OPERATIVES  ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT JOB CREATION & SELF IMPROVEMENT  BE A GRASS-ROOT INITIATIVE FOR PRIVATE, COMMUNITY, GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS  INCLUDE OUR CHILDREN’S CHILDREN IN EVERY DECISION to satisfy needs for contributions to the sustained efforts to further the cause for a better world for our children’s children
