2 Emotional Intelligence quotient
The ability to recognize one's own and other people's emotions, to identify different feelings and label them appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior.

3 Intelligence quotient
Intelligence test score that is obtained by dividing mental age, which reflects the age-graded level of performance as derived from population norms, by chronological age and multiplying by 100: a score of 100 thus indicates a performance at exactly the normal level for that age group.

4 How to improve your EQ Learn how to say NO.
Open yourself to new things. Be confident. Forgive people. Take breaks from technology. Get to know more people. Give up the idea of perfection. Control your emotions and behavior.

6 The importance of emotional intelligence at work (Article)
Workers with high EQ are better able to work in teams, than people with low EQ. Also, the worker has to control her/his emotions in order be successful at work. In addition, a successful worker has to identify other people's emotions, that will really help in work.

7 Examples of good and bad EQ
Knows a lot of people. Doesn’t have the fear of failure. Self motivation. When you are upset, you know exactly why. Managing relationships. Bad Fear of failure. Moody. Hang-out with the wrong people. Don’t accept others opinion. Doesn’t have self confidence.

Your score, 74 (of a possible 100) is 70 or above, indicating no significant problem. "Emotional intelligence can be learned, and in fact we are each building it, in varying degrees, throughout life. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IS NOT A FIXED QUANTITY. 3 ways to improve my EQ: I should know how to do my work even if I’m under pressure. The ability to resolve conflicts positively and with confidence. Should never have the fear of failure.
