The amount of money each senior couple and surviving spouse could save on Capital Gains when selling their home could be anywhere from $100,000 to several million dollars. Tens of seniors, possibly millions, who take advantage of it, leading to millions of dollars saved in Capital Gains. Skills include admin, research, evangelism, patience, foresight.

Unique solution provided: Oversee project from beginning to end, including spotting opportunity and being able to utilize poignant Chinese e-Learning resources being developed over the previous several years while reaching goal that learners would actually take course. Health and Safety course done for Goldmet’s client Maersk Hong Kong 2008-09. Hundreds of project management hours into this course. Oversaw online meetings between team and client. Helped develop storyboard, course themes, course structure, quizzes and lead editing efforts.
