2. Checking out from CULS Halls of Residence 1.Please announce at least 4 days before your departure the exact date you intend to check out from CULS Halls of Residence (At the headmasters office) 2.Pay all outstanding bills (for accommodation*, for menza, library, internet etc…) Clean up your room, i.e. wipe the floor, clean the doors, bathroom, WC, hoover the mattress (using a vacuum cleaner), clean the fridge 3.Ask for verification by your cleaning lady (Mo-Fr 9 - 12) NO weekends 4.Return sheets, bed covers and key to the headmaster‘s office 5.The entire deposit (or its part) will be refunded at the Cash desk BCD (Mo – Thu 7.30 – 12.00; 13.00 – 15.00 Fr 7.30 – 12.00) *if you want leave after the 20th day of the month, you must pay for the whole month

3. 8 Golden Rules for ERASMUS resident students: 1.Do not make noise after 10 PM – RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS 2.Fiestas are not permitted in the rooms and dormitory corridors 3.Fiestas are permitted in campus clubs and restaurants 4.Outdoor fiestas: be quiet after 10 PM and CLEAN UP AFTER YOU 5.Post fiesta returns (after midnight) means: QUIET PLEASE!! 6.DO NOT EXPOSE YOURSELF TO SANCTIONS! VANDALISM ON CAMPUS AND IN THE VICINITY OF CULS (BUS STOPS) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! 7.Read and follow the Basic Dormitory Rules – THEY ARE FOR YOU 8.Respect the Dormitory Management – BE POLITE (URBANO, POLI, EDUCATO, учтивый, HÖFFLICH, PER HUMANUS)
