2 “It’s only business” Let look at when Haulover ‘s clothing optional beach began in July 1991 at Haulover Beach Park and how it compares to its counterpart, Crandon Beach Park on Key Biscayne, which does not have a designated clothing-optional beach area. Both beach-parks are owned and operated by Miami-Dade Parks.
