3.  5 REQUIRED concerts – 200 points each! ◦ *Fall Dessert Concert – Monday, October 6 ◦ Winter Concert – Thursday, December 18 ◦ Pre-ISSMA Concert – Tuesday, March 10 ◦ ISSMA Organizational Contest – Saturday, March 14 ◦ Spring Concert – Tuesday, May 19  Attendance is mandatory for ALL STUDENTS!  Fall Dessert Concert is a Choir Fundraiser ◦ Donations/volunteers needed to run a successful fundraiser!

4.  Boys ◦ Black dress pants (no jeans) ◦ Black socks ◦ Black dress shoes (no athletic shoes/boots) ◦ White button-down dress shirt ◦ Necktie (school-appropriate)  Girls ◦ Black dress pants or skirt (knee-length or longer) ◦ Black tights/hose with skirt ◦ Black dress shoes (no athletic shoes or sandals) ◦ White dress shirt/blouse

5.  Excused Absences ◦ Excused illness from school OR doctor’s note ◦ Emergency situation  Signed parent note the day following the scheduled event ◦ Personal problem/conflict explained with Request for Excused Absence Form (see handbook)  Minimum two weeks advance notice  Unexcused Absences ◦ Failure to attend event with no explanation ◦ Family vacations/non-emergency trips ◦ Non CGMSN-related activities (AAU, dance, baseball, etc)

6.  Choir Materials ◦ Black, ½ in. 3-ring binder and pencil provided for every student ◦ If folder/pencil is lost/damaged, student is responsible for replacing materials  Music $3-4 apiece  Folders $2 each  Fundraisers ◦ Fall Dessert Concert ◦ Spring brochure sales
