4 PEP Characteristics PEP is not a competition. Any high school that provides evidence that their foreign language program meets the criteria will receive a commensurate award. 10 PEP School Recognition PEP School Recognition Schools are awarded a Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Globe certificate for display in their schools. Schools receive a small token reward at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels (a voucher toward PSMLA membership or events).
