3 Company Information Second largest airline company. Head quarter is in Illinois states, Chicago. Hub airports - Chicago O’Hare - Denver International, -Los Angeles International, -San Francisco International, -Washington Dulles International Airport 3

4 In 1927 - William Boeing founded his own airline as a Boeing Air Transport In 1929, the company changed its name to United Aircraft and Transport Corp. (UATC). On March 28, 1931, UATC formed the corporation United Air Lines, Inc. to manage the UATC airline subsidiaries. History of United Airlines 4
