8 KEEP REGULAR SLEEP HOUR BY KEEPING REGULAR SLEEP HOURS, WE STRENGTHEN OUR NATURAL CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS WHICH HELPS US FALL ASLEEP MORE EASILY. MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW 7-9 HOURS IN BED NIGHTLY TO GET SUFFICIENT SLEEP AND REST
