1. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview WELCOME to STARR Companies’ Human Resources Portal! This presentation will provide first time users of the portal with a general overview of how to log in and navigate the basics of the HR Portal. Please take some time to review the information presented before attempting to sign into the portal for the first time. Click your mouse to go to the Next Slide

2. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview After you have opened or printed out the First Time User Login Guide & Orientation (this presentation), click on the Employee Login Button to get started.

3. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview When you click on the Employee Login button, a new tab or browser window will open. You will be prompted to enter your ADP User Name and Password before being permitted to access the portal.

4. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview If you have forgotten your password, user ID or need to make a change to your ADP user account, you may use the links below.

5. The menu bar at the top of the HR Portal Welcome Page has several options from which you can choose from. Each item will allow you to access employment related information and documents. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview

6. The Welcome page will give you quick access to the Internal Career Site, Submit a Referral pages, important HR dates and announcements, as well as links to benefits providers and an email directory for HR questions.

7. The Home tab will allow you to toggle between the HR Portal Welcome and Resources Pages. When you first login, the portal will default to the Welcome page pictured here. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview

8. The Resources page will give you quick access to Starr Companies Corporate Policies, the Employee Handbook, Tax, Payroll and Benefit forms.

9. From the Pay & Taxes tab you can review your pay statements (pay stubs), as well as end of year statements for tax filings. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview

10. The Personal Information tab will allow you to review your current personal and emergency contact details, along with your currently listed dependents. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview

11. The Benefits section of the menu bar will give you access to information related to your current enrollments, as is where you will make your elections during annual enrollment. 13. To EXIT the HR Portal, simply click on the log off link to the top right of the window. Please be sure to log off whenever you leave your computer unattended. This will ensure that your confidential information remains secure. STARR Companies: Human Resources Portal Overview
