5 Why we chose Nelson Mandela Highly visible in the news of late due to an on- going lung issue and the underlying fact that at 94 years of age, he is not expected to last much longer. Despite not knowing much about Mandela, we were all struck by how many people have written books about Mandel’s great leadership style.
