3. As the Account creator, you are the main Administrator and have full rights on the Web Admin site for activating settings and for adding / editing Users. ( features and settings will be explained in more detail within the Web Admin ) You can add additional Administrators to manage the entire account or limit their authority to specific Groups which you can create at any time. IMPORTANT : You must add yourself as a “ USER ”, this does not happen automatically. 2. Administration

4. Team on the Run messenger is an application that runs on your group members ’ mobile or desk top devices. After adding Users to your account, your team will download the application s and begin communicating securely and swiftly through their mobile device or desktop Webchat. 3. Need to Know

The following is a brief technical ( yet very simple ) summary of how to get your team up and running : The Administrator ( s ) add Users in the fields shown on the Home tab of the Admin page – you will need names, mobile numbers and emails. ( It ’ s best if you gather this information prior to adding Users ). You can assign Users into Teams for easy group messaging. 4. Slightly Technical

6. After Users are added into the Web Admin, they will get an email or text on their device notifying them that they have been added to your Team on the Run Account. They will follow a link and download the application through the App Stores, using a unique Account Code. Users will open the application and view a Team contact list on their phone / desktop – completely separate from their device personal contact list. Let the Messaging Begin ! 5.
