13 OpenCom 1000, © 2006 DeTeWe Systems GmbH OpenAttendant 500, CLIP based Callback, functionality 1.An external colleague (subscriber A) dials the extension no. of the autoattendant-system, inside OpenCom 1000, 2.and rings off 3.AutoAttendant receives the CLIP (of subscriber A), checked the authorization and initiate a new call to the external colleague. 4.During an adjustable time, subscriber A can accept the call, and 5.he gets the internal dialtone (from OpenCom 1000). Then, he dials the telephone number of subscriber B 6.Subscriber B rings and in his display he sees the clip (internal extension no.) of subsriber B
