Shared Values Professional Growth  Culture Relationship Building  Inclusiveness Integrity  Teamwork Service ALPFA is the largest Latino association for business professionals and students with over 15,000 members and chapters nationwide. ALPFA is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for Latinos and building leadership and career skills. Vision ALPFA is the premier business organization for expanding opportunities for Latino leadership in the global market. Mission ALPFA creates opportunities, adds value, builds relationships for its members, the community and its business partners while expanding Latino leadership in the global workforce.

3 ALPFA’s Growth In the past five years, ALPFA has grown from 5,000 to over 15,000 members and expanded our programs to reflect a broader membership. Currently there are 39 professional chapters and 70 student chapters in key cities nationally. Combined, there are over 350 annual events across chapters nationally.

5 Investing in ALPFA Sponsors can showcase their commitment to diversity, promote company products and services, recruit new hires, and provide scholarship opportunities to students majoring in accounting, finance, and related fields. 13 Students ALPFA ANNUAL CONVENTION Professional development sessions and networking opportunities with sponsoring companies Student workshop designed to prepare students for the work environment. Career Fair & Expo- companies share and highlight the careers products or services that their organization offers to students Student Members receive a discounted rate to attend ALPFA KPMG CASE STUDY COMPETITION This competition brings together accounting students from over 30 schools to solve complex accounting cases and present their findings to KPMG and ALPFA accounting professionals at ALPFA’s Annual Convention. The competition teams students with KPMG professionals for several months of case preparation. The experience exposes the students to the possibilities of what it may be like to work at a Big Four firm. ALPFA’s ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM Scholarships available to students, in the US or Puerto Rico, who are pursuing undergraduate/graduate studies. Over the past 6 years, ALPFA has awarded students over $650,000 in scholarship money. ALPFA REGIONAL STUDENT SYMPOSIUMS Program includes: Educational workshops Networking luncheon Career Fair For sponsoring companies, the program provides: Promote industry and career options to ALPFA students Engage in recruitment activities designed to showcase professional and/or internship opportunities Ability to establish and maintain contact with pool of talented, high-quality students for potential internship hires Demonstrate your company’s commitment to diversity Build brand awareness
