2. Introduction The JAAR-RL (Joint AAR – Resource Library) is a collection of AAR components from all the different services. JAAR (collective) engineers designed, developed and implemented the architecture. Architecture includes communications and data centralization (but will soon consider decentralized sources) Developed APIs for ease of integration.

JAAR Strategy To provide DoD with an enterprise architecture that will integrate the best of breed existing AAR systems into a single co-operative/cohesive toolkit that will enable reuse and become a force multiplier in supporting DoD feedback and assessment needs Benefits of the JAAR-Strategy:  Eliminate duplication of effort  Have true system experts for each component.  Co-develop the AAR System with existing tools.  Keep system cost low compared to total development of AAR system.  Flexible: Able to exchange or add new systems.  Community of Experts to help develop complete system.  Services recognize their own products built into the JAAR.
