6. We use the Internet almost every day. We often look at many different websites while we are browsing. Most of the time, you probably never think about how a web page is created, it’s just there!

You will notice that there is a clear structure to each and every web page They all have a head and a body “tag” A tag looks like this <> In between the tags are the instructions that the computer browser must carry out in order to display the data e.g. tells the computer that the text that follows will be displayed in the title bar.

There are some very important things to remember… Firstly a web site needs a folder of its own (all of the pages, pictures and text MUST be stored in this folder!) The first thing you need to do is to create a folder in your home area called Website…
