What I am looking for (WILF): A design specification that will assist in the production of making small cakes. Collaboration of ideas – peer learning. FOOD TECHNOLOGY

6 Draw and annotate your final design – you have got 4 minutes. FOOD TECHNOLOGY Look at the development of your initial design!!

7 Specification The product I am going to design and make will be… FOOD TECHNOLOGY GCSE. You have got 10 minutes to complete your specification for your small cake10 minutes

8 FOOD TECHNOLOGY Homework – Write in planners due in 2 nd December! A detailed time plan for your small modified cake including decoration – This work is to be levelled. Modelled examples are on the VLE (Level 4, 5 & 6)

9 FOOD TECHNOLOGY Ingredients for next week… 75g margarine, 75g caster sugar, 40g oats, 1 egg, ½ tsp vanilla essence 75g raisins, 25g choc chips, 40g sunflower seeds, 50g plain flour Chocolate Chip, Raisin & Sunflower Cookies
