Ingredients 3 eggs ½ ounce of baking powder 1 plain yogurt 3 flour measures (using the yogurt receptacle) 2 sugar measures (using the yogurt receptacle) 1 plant oil measure (using the yogurt receptacle) 1 or 2 apples peeled and cut in slices Chocolate or butterscotch chips
Instructions Add all the ingredients in a bowl, following the order of the ingredients given. Using a mixer, mix them until you get a homogeneous, light thick, creamy mixture. Preheat the oven for some 15 minutes to 350 degrees Fahrenheit Grease a cake pan both with butter or margarine and sprinkle some flour. Pour half of the cake mixture into the cake pan, sparkle the chocolate or butterscotch chips. Then, cover them again with the cake mixture Distribute the apple slices over the top and add some more chips in between slices.
Baking Instructions Bake it for about 30 to 45 minutes. To know when the cake is ready, just insert a skewer or toothpick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. The cake must be golden on top and firm to the touch.
