5. My goal this year is to assist your child in becoming a responsible and successful student. This requires students to complete and hand in all work on time, come to class prepared, behave appropriately, be respectful, and always try their best. Student’s Responsibility

6. HOMEWORK Homework is given Monday-Thursday and is due back to school the next day. It is the student’s responsibility to write down their assignments and to take home all needed books and materials. If a student is absent, they will receive their work upon returning to school unless other arrangements have been made.

7. Tests/Quizzes oSpelling tests will be on Friday of each week unless otherwise noted. oReading tests will generally be given on Thursday if a new story has been started. oAll tests/quizzes for other subject areas are announced at least a week ahead of time. oAll tests will be sent home in the the following Monday and should be signed/returned to school the next day. (this will count as a homework grade) Test Folder
