9 New investments in 2008 In 2008 VT Informatika Ltd. accomplished the following investments in the Encloser System BU and Metal Processing BU:  CNC punching machine:  AMADA EMZ-3610 NT – 2 pcs  CNC bending machine:  AMADA HFP-100.3 – 2 pcs  AMADA HFE-5020 – 1 pc  Bystronic - Beyeler Xpert 150 – 1 pc  CNC laser cutting machine:  Bystronic - Bysprint 3015 – 1 pc  Mechanical press:  KLP 500 T. H Type – 1 pc  KLP 400 T. H Type – 1 pc Further investments: PEM inserting machine, spot and arc welding machines, sheet shearing machine

10 Enclosure Systems Business Unit General information  Specialization in manufacturing low and medium series of metal parts from incomplex ones through housings to big racks.  State of the art plant including NC/CNC machines and hydraulic presses.  Complete manufacturing services: punching and bending, laser cutting PEM setting (riveting) gas protective arc welding, spot welding 2D measuring surface treatment Grinding Electrical & mechanical assembly Front and back-end services: engineering, NPI, procurement / purchasing, subcontracting management, transportation, repair

Core technologies  19 pcs of Excenter presses (20-250 t) Type: PEE, LE, LEK, DKS, LEN, DOBBY  4 pcs of Coil cradle and Straightener and Feeder (0,2-2 mm): Type: DIMECO, FESTO  Welding:  2 pc of spot-welding machines Type: TELWIN, TECNA  gas protective arc welding (AVI, CO)  Assembly (riveting, screwing, thread-tapping)  New machines since 2008:  CNC cutting and bending machines 2-3 pcs  500 and 400 ton mechanical presses 1-1 pc
