Background The project is a process designing to build and sustain a culture of ICT across the school using an approach that is effective in promoting shifts in the school culture ICT can have a transformation role in education when the central emphasis is on supporting and enhancing new desired pedagogical approaches rather than solely on technologies

The partners can talk to the media of the plan to disseminate the project and gain public support. 4.The three hotspots are very important to manage because it make or break the project. Positive and delicate engagement with the hot spot stakeholders is paramount. The 10 schools will be a professional development centre to train 60 teachers per center / year.
