3 Background The project is a process designing to build and sustain a culture of ICT across the school using an approach that is effective in promoting shifts in the school culture ICT can have a transformation role in education when the central emphasis is on supporting and enhancing new desired pedagogical approaches rather than solely on technologies

5 The Big Picture: Develop ICT practices in schools to transform teaching and learning for the 21 st century. What does it look like?: Accelerate development of the culture of ICT in schools encouraging innovation to support holistic and sustainable practices. Focus area: 21 st century pedagogical approach using ICT as a tool. New skills: Develop framework and implement professional development creating professional learning communities.

Multi media in service center is needed to support for resources developments especially producing educational videos. 3.The second layer is the support need for this project as consultative partners in the projects. The partners can talk to the media of the plan to disseminate the project and gain public support. 4.The three hotspots are very important to manage because it make or break the project. Positive and delicate engagement with the hot spot stakeholders is paramount. 11 The 29 th APEC e-Learning Training Orientation Strategy For Scale Government (MoE) Community (schools as training centres) 1 2014 2015201620172018 The strategy for the next five years would be to reduce cost of training by optimising the schools as training center. The 10 schools will be a professional development centre to train 60 teachers per center / year. 15 Outcomes 1.Develop school leaders’ capability to provide strategic leadership of the transformational integration of ICT in schools. 2.Develop a common and shared understanding of 21 st century pedagogies and to link these to ICT in order to maximise the contribution of ICT to learning. 3.Develop an ICT Competency Standard Framework for teachers so that ICT confident and capable teachers purposefully use ICT to support learning based on 21 st century pedagogies.
