2. General resources of a group : knowledge, skill, abilities, personality characteristics Group structure : leadership, roles, norm (acceptable standard of behavior), status (social position), size, composition, cohesiveness

3. UNDERSTANDING WORK TEAMS Team will be more effective than individuals when the tasks require multiple skills, judgement and experiences.
