Notifying them of awards needing to be renewed or closed within the next 90 days. 2.The renewal notification email contains PI assurance language that can be used instead of submitting a signed proposal coversheet for each renewal year. 3.PIs should either copy and paste that statement into an email with COI pdfs, IRB and/or IACUC renewals or print and send to John Cavanaugh.
