The Red Scare Revolution Americans feared radicalism following the war, especially the spread of revolution from the Soviet Union following the Russian Revolution (Communist International) Bombs were mailed to many prominent businessmen in the U.S.  had a radical revolution begun??? Sacco & Vanzetti Despite worldwide protest and sketchy evidence, these two Italian immigrants were executed in the electric chair
