1 HEALTHY EATING By Arafath & Oliver.H

2 EATING HEALTHY FOOD Eating healthy food is important for strong bones and teeth.Healthy food will help you move, breath and talk if you eat too much unhealthy food you will become obese, which means that you will become fat.

3 A BALANCED DIET A balanced diet will make you fit and healthy also it will give you energy and make you happy and will often make you concentrate in your work. Your body will need a variety of Fruit and Veg and carbohydrates. The carbohydrate gives a slow release energy. The Fruit and Veg helps repair the body and it gives vitamins. You should use slightly less dairy which gives you strong bones and it contains calcium which you can get from cheese, yoghurt and milk.

4 A BALANCED DIET In addition you need to eat some protein which gives you strong muscles which you can get from fish, chicken, beef and pulses. Eating fibre gives you good digestion which you can get from cereal such as Weetabix and lots more. Finally you need a tiny bit of fat to keep you warm and it gives you a quick release energy which you can get from chocolate bars. However don’t eat to much because you’ll become a obese.

5 BREAKFAST Eating Breakfast you should eat Weetabix, Shreeded wheat and toast also porridge. This will contain a balanced amount of Dairy and a balanced amount of carbohydrates also it contains fibre. The reason why you should eat Breakfast is because it is the most important meal of the day also it is braking the fast and it is giving you essential fuel to get you going.

6 SNACK For a snack you should eat Fruit and Vegetables because they contain slow release energy and they are also healthy for you. Further more they are one of your 7-a day.

7 LUNCH Lunch is the 2 nd most important meal of the day. In your lunch box you should have some Fruit and Veg and some Dairy also you should have carbohydrate for example you could have some grapes, cheese sandwich and a yoghurt as they are all from the eatwell plate. You could have a water to stay hydrated. All these foods will top up your fuel to give energy and it doesn’t make you think about food.

8 DINNER For dinner I recommend some protein such as, pasta, carbona, spaghetti Bolgonese and pie as they all contain protein and the reason why you need to eat dinner is because at night you`ll get hungry and it repairs all the cells in your Body.

9 EXERCISE Its just not about the food you also have to exercise to stay fit and slim and it also pumps blood around your body and it keeps your heart and lungs healthy.
