A standards based league
Will include the top 1.5% of players in the Province starting with age U13 in 2014

Pine Glen was built in 2009
2011 OSC Strategic Plan released
2011 OSC Technical Plan released
Fall 2011 OSC re-vamped ADP and RDP
Fall 2011Hired a Coaching Development Manager
Fall 2011 Paid AGHC’s were introduced in all age groups
Fall 2011 released the first periodised training schedule for the club
Fall 2012 changed Rep ages to match OPDL structure
Fall 2012 Expanded ADP to include U11 and U12
Start Plan was developed after meetings with Stakeholders (Parents, Coaches, Referees).
Within the Technical Tactical Planning we advocated for the development of this league.
Summer 2013 changed House League playing format to match LTPD guidelines
