14.  In 1999 and 2000 approx. 12 percent of pregnant women continued to use alcohol.   Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS)- a set of physical and mental defects that affect a fetus that has been exposed to aclohol.  - FAS is the leading preventable cause of mental retardation.

15.  Must be supervised. Withdrawal can last up to 25 hours.   Withdrawal includes  - Clammy skin  - Vomiting  - Nausia  - Hallucinations (seeing, hearing, Feeling).  - Uncontrolable - Seizures  - Sweating.  - Paranoia
