3. 3 Customer Open Order Lines Report Original Confirmed date This should be the date that was originally promised on the Order confirmation when it was received. We also refer to this date as "First Promise Date“ Supply Item Status Text This is the status of the item in our supply chain. It is included in the report so that when an order is delayed it clearly shows which material(s) are causing the delay SO Item Delivery status (A,B,C) This is the current status of the item in our system. It can have the following possible values * Blank - Item is not delivery relevant (i.e. a non physical item) * A - Item is waiting to be picked * B - Item has been part picked (This should never happen as we do not part-pick lines) * C - Item has been picked (that is the picking instruction has been sent to the warehouse) Cognos Reporting – Data fields

4. 4 Possible contents of the Item Status Text field with their meanings COMPLETE - item is completely delivered and Invoiced - These will not show on the report PENDING - item is non physical and has not been invoiced item is non stock and is on order with no foreseeable problems SHIPPED - stock or non-stock physical product that has been shipped AVAILABLE - stock product that is in stock waiting for delivery non-stock product that has been ordered and received RISK - Stock product with soft shortage (Lead time to re-acquire is less than time left for delivery) SHORTAGE - Stock product with hard shortage (Delivery due before lead time to re-acquire) NONSTK JEOPARDY - Non stock product that has been ordered but Supplier commit is later than required or required date has passed Customer Open Order Lines Report Cognos Reporting – Data fields
