We thank our 2006- 2007 outgoing President, Ed Robinson, the outgoing officers and committee chairs for a great year. We are looking forward to their continued contributions in 2007-2008. John & Lorraine Meighan 9/17 Don & Marian Stanton 9/19 2006-'07 DCM/INTERCLUB WRAP-UPs The '06-'07 Kiwanis Club’s year is nearly over (10/1/07); and we wrapped- up this year's DCMs and Interclubs with flying colors.(Attendance at a DCM counts as an Interclub.) On August 30 we honored our current Division 5 Lt. Governor Rande LeFevre and our incoming Lt. Governor Bert Wasmund with a record attendance at the last Division Council Meeting of the '06-'07 year. 13 of our Beaches Club members attended along with two spouses. A great meal and program was enjoyed at Deercreek C.C. by all Division 5 attendees. Our last Interclub for this club year was a visit to the Deerwood Club on September 12th. Seven of our members attended; and we enjoyed a discussion about Mayport by one of our favorite speakers, John Meserve. Our Beaches club visited all Division 5 clubs at least once during this '06- '07 year. Under the leadership of Al Russ, our new Interclub chairman, we expect '07-'08 to see the Beaches Club continue our Interclub tradition as Division 5's most active "Interclub" club. Bill Montgomery 2006-2007 Interclub Chair
